the learners will have the ability to perform. To provide the most effective design and delivery, Bob will:

  • Assess what materials and resources currently exist and can be leveraged.
  • Design and deliver the training approach that best fits the needs of the organization and the individual learners. The approach may include components of classroom instruction, personal coaching, and on-the-job training.
