Many training programs and curriculum are underutilized and completely re-invented
whenever a new need arises. To minimize this risk and ensure that what has been
developed will be used in the future, Bob will:
Identify who has ownership of the continued success of the training program
and provide “train the trainer” if and as required.
Follow up at appropriate and scheduled intervals to re-assess the new learning
needs based on changes in the business focus, technology upgrades and personnel
changes.
If and as required, go back to step one of the overall process and leverage
what already exists to provide maximum value and minimal investment in training
process implementation and upgrades.
