Many training programs and curriculum are underutilized and completely re-invented whenever a new need arises. To minimize this risk and ensure that what has been developed will be used in the future, Bob will:

  • Identify who has ownership of the continued success of the training program and provide “train the trainer” if and as required.

  • Follow up at appropriate and scheduled intervals to re-assess the new learning needs based on changes in the business focus, technology upgrades and personnel changes.

  • If and as required, go back to step one of the overall process and leverage what already exists to provide maximum value and minimal investment in training process implementation and upgrades.
