Step 3 - Measure and Report
The critical and often overlooked step in any training initiative is the measurement
and reporting. It is during this step that a program proves its business value
and allows the organization to measure the bottom line impact. To provide the
best measurement and reporting, Bob will:
- Develop a training “report card” for the organization based on
individual assessments.
- Provide the training report card that outlines who has the skills necessary,
who is using these skills, and the potential bottom line business impact:
Who went through the training process? |
CAN they do the skills required for success? |
ARE they using the skills required for success?
How has the program impacted the organization?
